MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A $2 million settlement has been reached in a lawsuit in the death of Derek Williams.
Williams died in the back of a Milwaukee Police squad car in 2011 after saying he couldn't breathe.
Even though a settlement has been reached, the Common Council still needs to approve it.
