Semi-trailer hits bridge, causes I-94 East closure at Mitchell Blvd

MILWAUKEE -- A semi-trailer struck the I-94 Eastbound bridge at Mitchell Blvd, detaching the trailer from the truck. The accident temporarily closed all lanes of I-94 East.
At 9:04 Thursday morning, Milwaukee County Sheriff responded to the crash. Milwaukee Fire Department has also responded to the scene and is evaluating any injuries.
Two lanes of eastbound traffic were opened around 11:15 a.m.
