Sculpture Made out of Peanut Butter Dismantled to Donate to Hunger Task Force

A sculpture was unveiled, but then quickly dismantled this morning in Downtown Milwaukee.

It’s a creative project to address the issue of hunger in the area.

Local businesses donated more than one thousand jars of peanut butter.

The goods will go to the Hunger Task Force.

The jars were used to build a replica of the 411 Building.

Residents from the downtown skyscraper worked with the Hunger Task Force to take apart the sculpture and box up the goods.

Those jars of peanut butter are being brought back to the Hunger Task Force to be distributed to local food pantries.
