Saturday morning fire displaces one on Milwaukee north side

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- One person is being assisted by the Red Cross after a house fire Saturday morning on Milwaukee’s north side. The Milwaukee Fire Department responded to the fire in a two-story wood frame building around 10:45 AM. Heavy fire was reported in the second story of the home at N Richards Street and E Keefe Avenue. Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries due to the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated and there is no estimate of the amount of dollar damage done to the home.
