MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bucks have partnered with Sargento Cheese to raise money for Habitat for Humanity.
They announced Wednesday, Oct. 23 that for ever tipoff the Bucks win this season, $500 will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
"Creating affordable homes is right up our alley in the way we want to give back to the community. I've recently talked to Coach Bud and John Horsen and they assure me that we will win a majority of our tipoffs to really spur this 'Tipoff for Homes'," said Bucks President Peter Feigin.
Habitat for Humanity has been partnered with Sargento since 1992. During that time they've helped build 30 homes for people who need affordable housing in Milwaukee.
