MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A new sushi menu is now available at Saint Kate -- The Arts Hotel, featuring seven dishes prepared by in-house culinary staff. Saint Kate Executive Chef Heskeith Flavien and Sushi Chef Tou Vang joined us on Wednesday, April 9 to showcase the new offerings.
The menu includes several rolls, such as a vegetable roll with daikon radish and eggplant purée, a classic California roll with crab salad, as well as a spicy tuna roll. Other selections include the Fiesta Fire roll with habanero and jalapeño, a rainbow roll with multiple fish, a crispy rice tuna bowl and a nigiri assortment.
