Denver’s Wally’s Wisconsin Tavern’s roots run through Sheboygan
RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) – A Racine restaurant is a total loss after a fire broke out Monday afternoon.
According to the Racine Fire Department, the fire started around 4:30 p.m. at Rosie’s family diner near Taylor Ave. and 18th St.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Authorities estimate the damage to be around $100,000. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The owners of the restaurant wrote a message on Facebook thanking emergency crews and the community for their support. The owners also expressed their heartbreak following the fire.
