Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Takes Place at Holocaust Education Resource Center

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Sunday at the Holocaust Education Resource Center on the Karl Jewish Community Campus.

The space is dedicated to life after the holocaust.

The artist says his goal was to create a place to evoke "our deepest feelings about life, memory and belief in the future."

It will serve as a message of survival, hope and compassion.

Members at the center said it took about five years to finish the project.

It will be used to teach classes as much as possible.
