Report: Kenosha protest shooter Kyle Rittenhouse to sue Biden campaign for libel

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A new report says accused Kenosha protest shooter Kyle Rittenhouse plans to sue Joe Biden and his campaign.
Fox News reports Rittenhouse wants to sue Biden for libel after Biden shared a video online that suggests Rittenhouse is a white supremacist.
Seventeen-year-old Rittenhouse is awaiting extradition from Illinois.
He's accused of shooting three protesters during the Kenosha unrest, killing two of them.
