REPORT: Grand Jury investigation of former Packer Leroy Butler

GREEN BAY-The Green Bay Press Gazette is reporting that Packer fan favorite Leroy Butler is under criminal investigation.
The paper says a federal grand jury has subpoenaed documents related to his charity called the Leroy Butler Foundation.
Butler has been raising money for the foundation and has allegedly been drawing hefty personal appearance fees, but has not been filing annual tax returns.
CBS 58 News had been trying for days to reach out to Butler and his representatives. We tried again on Tuesday, but so far, have not heard back.
