CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to ESPN, Giannis Antetokounmpo and his agent, Alex Saratsis, started talks with the Bucks about his future, discussing if it's best if the two-time NBA MVP stays in Milwaukee or goes elsewhere. This, according to sources.
A resolution is expected in the coming weeks.
ESPN is also reporting that Giannis only expressed an interest in the New York Knicks over the summer when the trade rumors first surfaced.
Currently, Giannis is averaging more than 30 points and nearly 11 rebounds per game along with 6 assists while shooting nearly 64% from the floor.
The Bucks are currently 9-13, losing eight of the last nine games as they get ready to host the Detroit Pistons Wednesday night.
