Report: Details Released on Starks Accident

James Starks remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol after a car accident last Monday.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network said Starks car was hit by an 18-wheeler at 4-32 in the morning.
There were no signs of drugs or alcohol by either party, but the Wisconsin DOT believes the driver of the 18-wheeler was texting before the accident.
Starks did not practice yesterday.
