Reefpoint Marina Body Identified

CBS 58 News has just learned the identity of the man whose body was found at the Reefpoint Marina.
According to deputies the body was found around 10:00pm Sunday night in Racine. We now know that investigators have positively identified that body as that of 58-year-old Richard J. Franzese of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
Investigators believe his death was caused by accidental drowning.
