MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors recently released its September home sales report.
Tom McCormick, the association's 2026 board chairperson and a broker and partner with Home Base Realty LLC, joined us Monday, Oct. 19 to chat about the report.
Some of the information he talked about included where mortgage interest rates sit and whether they should factor into a buyer's plans, whether buyers and sellers should try to time the market, and how buyers can decide if they are financially ready.
He also covered what homeowners should weigh when deciding whether to list now or wait until spring, and which step to take first when selling a home to buy another.
