Racine Woman Charged with Striking in the Face a Walgreens Employee

A Racine woman has been charged for striking a Walgreens employee several times in face while attempting to steal 15 packages of razor blades.

According to the criminal complaint, Autumn Rodgers has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery, robbery with use of force, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

The incident took place on May 15.

A Walgreens employee observed her wheeling a cart with at least 15 packages of Gillette Razor Replacement Blades out of the store without paying for the items.

She observed Rodgers say, “You don’t want no trouble.”

The employee grabbed a hold of the cart in an effort to stop the theft.

The suspect allegedly struck her several times in the face and scratched his arm.
