Racine Woman Allegedly Blew Smoke from Crack into a Boy's Face Repeatedly at a Birthday Party

A Racine woman has been charged with child abuse after blowing smoke from crack into a 15-year-old boy’s face repeatedly.

According to the criminal complaint, the boy was over at the woman’s residence visiting with her daughter.

The woman told police she was celebrating her birthday by “drinking beer, drinking whiskey, smoking weed, and smoking crack.”

She told police she remembered blowing the smoke from the crack into the boy’s face and stated it was “done in fun celebrating her birthday.”

Police were called to the house when the woman was found unresponsive in the back of her car.

When they took her to the hospital, they were told by officers already at the hospital that what happened to a teenage boy might be related.

The boy had told police that the woman was taking hits and then running up to him and blowing it in his face.
