NOW: Racine Police searching for suspect who took puppy from Petland without paying for it

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Racine Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying a suspect who took a puppy from Petland without paying for it.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20's, approximately 6' tall, with a slim build.
