Racine Police Arrest Three after Death Investigation

Racine Police released more information on the death investigation on 1547 Grove Avenue.

Thomas Borglin, 34-years-old, died on Monday.

During the course of this investigation, information was gained regarding the identities of individuals confirmed to be in contact with the subject in the hours prior to his passing.

Bobby Mitton and Mecquon Jones have been charged with first degree intentional homicide and theft.

Derryle Allen III was arrested for aiding a felon.

According to a release by police, subsequent investigation revealed that the subject of this death investigation was involved in a physical altercation with acquaintances within his residence.

Probable cause now exists to connect the physical assault with the victim’s death.
