Racine & Me, Oct. 29th, 2016: Top Headlines, Racine Zoo, Paranormal Investigators

Today on Racine & Me, we take a look at our top headlines from the week, including a brazen break-in and car theft at a Burlington car dealership. We find out a homeless shelter is getting $40,000 from the county and see why basketball star Caron Butler came back to Racine for a visit.
