Racine & Me, Oct 1, 2016: Top Headlines, Racine Emergency Preparedness, River’s Edge Art Crawl

Today on Racine & Me, we hear from Racine’s director of emergency management who had built a program in Racine County that has been recognized nationwide.

We’ll hear just how prepared Racine County is  for all kinds of unexpected events. Plus we hear all about the River’s Edge Art Walk happening in Waterford and get a sneak peek from one of the artists involved. Gill Graffy will be doing watercolors and Chinese painting and will show us some of those techniques.
