RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Kenosha Achievement Center is a non-profit serving people with special needs in southeast Wisconsin. Kourtney Bilotta, the program's youth services supervisor, shared about how the KAC is looking for business partners to help provide jobs for people with disabilities.
