Racine Man Arrested for Punching Dog for Not Kissing Him

A Racine man was arrested for allegedly punching and kicking a family dog for not kissing him.

Riad Yasin was charged with disorderly conduct and mistreating animals.

Racine Police were called to Yasin’s home by his wife who said Yasin was hitting their family dog because Lady would not kiss him.

The wife said she was afraid because she had not seen her husband like this before.

Yasin’s speech was slurred and a breathalyzer test resulted in a .189.

When police arrived Lady, the family dog, was hiding under the deck in the backyard.

Lady flinched when police tried to touch her abdominal region.
