RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine County has a stacked calendar of events for throughout August, and to take a sneak peek, Cari Greving of Visit Racine County joined us on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
The Mane Event takes place Saturday, Aug. 16 in Caledonia, offering a scavenger hunt trail ride for horseback riders.
The Great Lakes Watercross returns to North Beach the weekend of Aug. 9 and 10, featuring jet ski races open to all spectators free of charge.
Mount Pleasant’s Chalk the Walk is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 23, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Campus Park.
Retro Racine Vintage Market will be held Sunday, Aug. 10 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the DeKoven Center, featuring vintage goods and decor.
Full Steam Ahead runs Saturday, Aug. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at RAM’s Wustum Museum, where artists will use a steamroller to create prints.
The Burlington Farmers Market continues each Thursday through Sept. 27 from 3 to 7 p.m. in Wehmhoff Square.
