Racine County wrestling coach accused of sexually assaulting 14-year-old
RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 22-year-old wrestling coach is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.
According to a criminal complaint, the 14-year-old told investigators Alejandro Guardiola had been making him feel uncomfortable. The victim told officials, while at a wrestling event in Union Grove, Guardiola had been holding his hand, touching him, hugging him and kissing him on the head.
The complaint accuses Guardiola of touching the 14-year-old inappropriately during the wrestling event, noting the assault took place in the middle of the night as the victim was sleeping.
Guardiola has been charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age, and two counts of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children.
Guardiola is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing on April 19.
