Racine County Correctional Officer allegedly stole money from inmate

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine County Correctional Officer is accused of stealing from an inmate.
Authorities say Arnold Silva took $62 from an inmate's account and put it on a debit card. The card was then used at multiple stores. Investigators spotted Silva on surveillance video.
They say he confessed to taking the money.
