Second victim dies of injuries after quintuple shooting near 85th and Brown Deer

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a 16-year-old victim has died of their injuries following a shooting near 85th and Brown Deer on June 20.
Officials say the teen died on Friday, July 4.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the 16-year-old as Kingston Liphford.
Nineteen-year-old Bre'nee Veasley was also killed in the shooting, which left two others wounded, another 16-year-old victim and a 14-year-old victim.
Milwaukee police continue to seek suspects. A $10,000 reward was announced Tuesday, for information leading to an arrest.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The family of the 19-year-old victim has identified her as Bre'nee Veasley.
“My girl was in school, she was in college, she lived on a campus, she wasn’t out here, and I don’t understand," Bre'nee's cousin Brionna Austin said. "I will never get it. She didn’t deserve this."
Bre'nee's cousin Matt Hogans is hoping this can spark a change throughout Milwaukee.
“We want to make sure that Bre’s death, murder, is a beacon for the city to wake up," Hogans said.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - On Friday, June 20, the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) responded to a quintuple shooting around 10:50 pm involving five teenagers.
A 19-year-old was fatally shot and pronounced dead on the scene. Additionally, two 16-year-olds, a 15-year-old, and a 14-year-old all sustained nonfatal gunshot wounds and were treated at a local hospital.
This incident took place on the 8300 block of W. Brown Deer Road.
