Pursuit with stolen BMW ends in single vehicle rollover accident, 1 suspect in custody

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A pursuit with a stolen BMW ended in a single-vehicle rollover accident on Monday.
According to Brown Deer Police, officers engaged in a pursuit from the 7900 block of North Sherman Boulevard to the 5400 block of North Sherman Boulevard around 12 p.m.
Officers then lost sight of the vehicle which got into a single vehicle accident, rolling over onto its side.
One of the occupants of the vehicle then fled on foot and was not apprehended.
A second occupant was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He is facing charges.
The investigation remains ongoing.
