Protesters Block Dearbourn Street Near Daley Plaza in Chicago

Protesters blocked Dearbourn Street near Daley Plaza in Downtown Chicago around noon on Wednesday demanding Mayor Emanuel resign, according to CBS Chicago.
Daley Plaza is holding the popular Christkindl Market.
One protester was arrested around noon.
