Preparations underway for Juneteenth Observances in Milwaukee

Milwaukee -
First there will be the pageant, then the parade and festival.
Mac Weddle of the Northcott Neighborhood House will be a special live guest today on the CBS 58 News at 4.
The Miss and Little Miss Juneteenth Pageants are June 10th at the or 2017, at the Dr. Martin Luther King Center, 1531 West Vliet Street.
Contestants will compete for $3000.00 in cash prizes.
They are judges on academic achievement and contributions to society.
The Juneteenth Day Parade and festival is on Sunday, June 19th.
