Pre-trial hearing held for man charged in officer's death

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Attorneys discussed what witnesses and evidence will be used in a trial against a man accused of killing a Milwaukee Police Officer.

Jordan Fricke was in court on Tuesday for a pre-trial hearing.

He's charged in the death of Officer Matthew Rittner.

Fricke is accused of shooting Rittner when officers were serving a search warrant back in February.

Another hearing is scheduled for next week.

Fricke will go to trial next month.
