MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Famed Spanish artist Salvador Dali once said "a true artist is not one who is inspired, but one who inspires others."
In 2020, America's murder rate saw a historic increase. Milwaukee smashed its previous record with 189 homicides. In response, a talented graphic artist is creating special portraits in hopes of sparking a movement for change.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Pauleen Le met Tre Smith who’s using his talents to inspire peace.
