Police: South 18th Street suicide appears to be homicide

The August 8 shooting in the 2200 block of S. 18th Street that initially appeared to be a suicide is now being investigated as a homicide.
The victim is identified as Omar Perdomo.
A 31-year-old woman from Milwaukee and a 25-year-old Milwaukee man have been taken into custody and the investigation continues.
There have been 97 homicides this year as of August 11.
