Police recommend sexual assault charges for middle school students

Police are recommending sexual assault charges for four middle school students in Brown Deer. Police say the kids are just 12 through 13 years old. They recommended three charges of second degree sexual assault and one charge for first degree sexual assault of a child.

This all started after those kids got together for what the police chief loosely called a \"sex party\" and those acts were recorded on a cell phone. This happened at a students home not on school grounds. But it all came out after students told the superintendent and an investigation began.

The pictures weren't shared on social media, the school district of Brown Deer is being proactive and holding a meeting for parents on Tuesday to teach them aboutsmart phoness and other technologies that students around the country have been using to get into trouble.
