JACKSON, Miss. (CBS 58) -- Police are looking to track down a missing college student from Milwaukee.
Kamilah Fipps, 21, was last seen Tuesday, April 19, at Jackson State University in Mississippi.
Jackson police said Monday, April 25, she bought a bus ticket for New York City, but authorities tracked her phone to Richmond, Virginia.
Fipps' mother, according to police, arrived in Richmond and filed a missing person's report.
