Police: Man slaps teen over fishing hook

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 49-year-old Waukesha man is charged with child abuse after investigators say he slapped a 14-year-old over a fishing hook.
The teenager told investigators he was fishing along the Fox River when Brian Sowatzke came up to him and asked for a fishing hook.
The teen said he didn’t have one and that’s when he told police Sowatzke slapped him.
