MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man with a criminal record may lose his probation after police say they found him prowling in Whitefish Bay.
According to investigators, home surveillance cameras caught Otha Smith sneaking through yards.
Smith has a history of theft and burglary going back 30 years. He's in the Milwaukee County jail and his probation may be revoked.
