MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at around 8:25 p.m. near 97th St. and Carmen Ave.
A 15-year-old Milwaukee girl sustained non-fatal injuries after being struck by gunfire. She as taken to a local hospital and is expected to survive.
The victim was seated inside a private bus when the suspect opened fire, shooting inside the bus.
