Police Identify Milwaukee Man Killed in Early Morning Shooting

Milwaukee Police released the name of the victim of the August 1 homicide. 

Jallahni Shabazz, a 24-year-old Milwaukee man, died under suspicious circumstances. 

Around 12:15 AM Monday, Milwaukee Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of N 84TH Street and W Courtland Avenue and discovered an unresponsive man in the front yard of an unrelated residence. 

Despite the life saving efforts of Milwaukee Police and Fire personnel, the victim died at the scene.  The MPD is investigating the circumstances surrounding the homicide.
