MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police report 4-year-old Railey Brown has been found safe.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police need the public's help to find an abducted 4-year-old child believed to be in the custody of 31-year-old Damone L. Burnley. 

Authorities say Railey D. Brown was a passenger in a tan, 2008, Chrysler 300C, four-door vehicle with a plate of AHC1507. The vehicle has a dent on the rear driver's side trunk area and clear tape on the left tail light.

According to police, the vehicle was running and the suspect entered the vehicle and fled.

Railey is described as 36 inches tall, 52 lbs., with her hair in braids with white beads. She was last seen wearing a burgundy long sleeved shirt and pants outfit.
