Police: 28-year-old woman 'endangered,' last seen on Green Bay's east side

GREEN BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Green Bay Police Department has issued an endangered missing person alert for 28-year-old Lashana Washington.

Lashana is described as a black female, standing 5'4" and weighing about 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen on Wednesday in east Green Bay, wearing a black Jordan hooded sweatshirt with a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and red, white and blue Nike shoes.

She was last known to have been at the University Avenue bus depot at noon on Oct. 2., attempting to purchase a bus ticket.

It is believed that she has been trying to get a ticket to return to either Missouri or Mississippi. She has no cellphone, and it is believed she has been asking strangers to assist her financially to get back to the southern United States.

Authorities say it's believed that she has family in the Pulaski and Ledgeview area.

Lashana has only been in the Green Bay area for about three days, having arrived to visit family.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police at 920-448-3208.
