Plenty of Steamed Heat to Start The Week

Our comfortable weather we saw over the weekend is quickly leaving us.  A very warm, humid air mass is taking over through midweek.  Look for highs to be near 90.  But with the humidity, it'll feel like the low to mid 90s.  Make sure to take it easy and pace yourself outside.  Drink lots of water as well.  Don't forget the pets either.

In addition to the heat, we have the prospects of some stronger storms both Tuesday and Wednesday as a frontal boundary stretches itself across the area. In fact, there's a slight risk of severe weather both days as well.  The biggest threats are heavy rain, frequent lightning, damaging wind, and hail.

By Thursday, it gets a whole lot better as both the temperature and humidity drop.
