Police say it happened shortly after 6 p.m. on Monday in the 9200 block.

The suspect is described as a heavy-set black male, 5'3, late 20's to early 30's, possibly bald or with short hair, and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue zippered hoodie with a white stripe and sweatpants.

The suspect was possibly driving a tan car.
