Play Ball! Exhibition Game Draws Thousands to Miller Park

Baseball is back in Milwaukee, sort of.

The Brewers took on the Chicago White Sox in an exhibition game Friday night, drawing thousands of fans to Miller Park.

The team plays the White Sox in another exhibition game Saturday at 1:10pm, before the regular season kicks off Monday.

Tickets to the game were as low as $10, and fans also got a $10 food and drink voucher.

"It's kind of nice to get a taste of it for $15," said Robert Colehouer. "It's the same players, same guys on the field, it just doesn't count, that's the only difference."

It was the first chance for fans to get a taste of a multi-million dollar renovation to concessions throughout the ballpark.

"Very impressive, they've done such a wonderful job keeping the stadium upbeat, making sure fans are happy," said Will Trobinger.

"I'm very impressed," said Colehouer. "My initial reaction was I was very impressed."

Tickets to Saturday's game are still available, and fans will once again get a $10 food and drink voucher valid that day.
