Plane Crashes into Home in Joliet, Illinois

(CBS CHICAGO) — A small plane crashed into a home in a southwest suburban subdivision late Thursday morning.

FAA spokesman Tony Molinaro said a small plane crashed into a home on Hampton Court in Plainfield around 11:15 a.m.

The Joliet Fire Department confirmed they were responding to the crash.

There were no reports of any injuries on the ground, but information was not immediately available regarding who was in the plane.
