MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --You have the chance to give it your all and help those in need all at once! Shred415 on Milwaukee's east side is offering a one-hour total body workout experience late Wednesday afternoon, March 30. The $30 cost of the session goes directly to the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation. This non-profit dedicates itself to the overall betterment of those less fortunate-- including mind, body, and spirit.
All fitness levels are welcome.
This special Shred class runs from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Space is limited to 32 people, so you're asked to reserve a slot early by clicking here.
