Philip Holland charged in Waukesha homicide

Philip Holland has been charged in the September 14 homicide in Waukesha.
Holland has been charged with First-Degree Intentional Homicide, theft movable property, and possession of prescription.
Holland is being charged in the homicide of Timothy Minkley.
Minkley was allegedly killed in apartment building at 402 Wisconsin Ave.
