Person found dead in Nash Elementary School parking lot, in-person classes canceled

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Classes at Nash Elementary School in Kenosha will switch to virtual learning Tuesday, Dec. 21, following a death investigation on school grounds.

According to Kenosha police, an adult was found dead in the parking lot.

The school announced the closure on Facebook just before 7 a.m.

This does not appear to have any relationship to the students or the school itself. Because of the ongoing investigation and police presence Nash is virtual.

This is a developing story. Stick with CBS 58 for the latest.
