Pedestrian seriously injured in Milwaukee hit-and-run; police seek driver

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian seriously injured Saturday, Oct. 18. 

It happened just after 6:30 a.m. in the 100 block of W. Layton Avenue. 

Officials say a vehicle struck a 59-year-old pedestrian and fled the scene. The victim was taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.

Milwaukee police are seeking a dark-colored four-door sedan and unknown driver.
