Paddock Lake residents buy new bike for handicapped teen following theft

PADDOCK LAKE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Residents in a Paddock Lake neighborhood came together to buy a 13-year-old handicapped girl a new bike after her bike was stolen this week.

The residents wanted to remain anonymous and asked the Kenosha County Sheriff's Office to deliver the new bike to 13-year-old Bella.

Deputies then chipped in and gave Bella a gift card to buy a new helmet and bike lock.

According to the sheriff's office Bella was speechless and her family was thankful for the kind gesture.
