MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Green Bay Packers and Potawatomi Sportsbook announced a new multi-year partnership Tuesday, June 2, making Potawatomi the team's official sports betting partner.
As part of the deal, Potawatomi will have a major brand presence at Lambeau Field, including a new Potawatomi Sportsbook Gate and an exclusive Champions Club.
"For us, this is a bright future to become the number one retail sports book in the U.S. right here in Milwaukee: home town and grown," said Dominic Ortiz, CEO and general manager of Potawatomi Hotel & Casino. "Partnering is a dream come true and a tradition I believe both brands will come to love."
In a Tuesday statement, Brooks Boyd Sr., Forest County Potawatomi Chairman, said that the end result will be allowing both the Packers and Potawatomi to better face fans.
"Creating memorable fan experiences is central to both of our organizations and this partnership provides enhanced opportunities for us to engage with fans from all over Wisconsin," Boyd said.
